There was plenty of good meals. I greatly enjoyed the different room options, especially outstanding deluxe double room with the kitchen, comfortable beds and clean sheets. I spent 1 night and would absolutely stay here again...

The staff were affable and accommodating. the location was MAGNIFICENT, close to everything. the room was clean and cosy, with an iron and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The Escala Urban Hotel offers a wonderful overall experience. It’s a charming accommodation situated in an excellent location near Chiclayo, with easy access to the park where colectivos depart to Lambayeque, as well as nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Guests can enjoy a plentiful selection of goodies for breakfast.

We had a bit of a delay during check-in as our room wasn't ready, but the staff at Escala were very apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. They promptly fixed the issues with the TV and phone in our room, and when we still weren't satisfied with the location, they relocated us to a quieter room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The buffet breakfast, although limited at times, was still decent. we had a pleasant stay at Escala and would recommend it for its good service and comfortable accommodations.

I got great value for my money at Escala. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the main square and with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed a room for my family member who uses a walker. The hot water was always available, and the water pressure was good. I also appreciated the laundry service and the basket of snacks in the room.

Breakfast items could be improved with better refillings. Sometimes there was a wait for basic things like bread and hot water.

Convenient location with just a 10-minute walk to downtown; really enjoyed exploring around. 😊

We were impressed with the superb location of the hotel, just two blocks from the city center. The girls at the reception desk were very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to restaurants and coffee shops were also positive aspects.

Although there were some cons mentioned in the database, such as the room not being ready upon arrival and issues with the TV and phone, we did not experience any of these problems during our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory with enough options to choose from.
